I have a 2 year-old broken xbox 360, can I still send it to microsoft to have it fixed?
My xbox 360 is about 2 years old and I got the 3 red rings of death. I tried this “towel trick”, and I tried unplugging, and plugging in the cords, etc, its broken.
I hear you can phone microsoft and they will send me a box to put my xbox in and send it back, then they will fix it for me. Is 2 years to old?
